Enjoy Gufi's recommended dishes in a casual course. Our special fresh pasta menu, which changes monthly, is based on Emilia-Romagna's regional cuisine and incorporates seasonal ingredients. This is a very economical dinner course that also includes our standard fresh pasta and appetizers. Please feel free to use it for a girls' night out, an everyday meal, or a date.
Piatto Unico means "one dish" or "unique plate". This course includes a dish of fresh pasta served along with the main course.
Enjoy Gufi's recommended dishes as a course during lunch time. We have prepared a lunch course to meet the needs of our customers who are unable to visit us for dinner, but still want to taste our specialties! This is a special lunch course available only on Saturdays.
This is a banquet plan recommended for a large group of people with a limited budget, such as a women's party or company drinking party. Please enjoy a lively and enjoyable time with your friends.
The name comes from the word 'tagliare' (to cut), referring to flat, long noodles. [Recommended] Pairs well with a wide variety of sauces such as Bolognese and tomato sauce.
A type of pasta cut even thinner than tagliatelle... 2-3mm wide. Recommended with simple sauces like tomato sauce, oil sauce, or butter sauce.
Meaning 'chicken's throat.' A short pasta shaped like a tube resembling a pen tip. It is formed while creating grooves using a special tool called 'pettine.' [Recommended] Arrabbiata, Bolognese, Quattro Formaggi, etc.
Short pasta shaped like a butterfly resting its wings. [Recommended] Tomato sauce, cream sauce, etc.
We recommend Lambrusco at our shop. It can be enjoyed widely as an aperitif or with meals. 'Lambrusco' is a naturally lightly sparkling red wine produced mainly in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region. The centers of production are Reggio Emilia and Modena, and it is a general term for wines made from grape varieties such as 'Lambrusco di Sorbara' and 'Lambrusco Grasparossa'. It pairs exceptionally well with raw ham and Bolognese. Secco is slightly dry, while Amabile is sweet.
