I felt that the Japanese wine was the focus, and the pairing with the dishes was very well done. The staff's explanations were thorough, making the selection process enjoyable. The sea urchin butter bread was lavishly topped and brought happiness with every bite. The cooking of the meat and the accompanying vegetables were also done with care, and both the appearance and taste were satisfying. The menu changes with seasonal ingredients, and in addition to the classic roasted onions and French fries, the shepherd's pie also left a lasting impression. For the finale, they prepared pasta or risotto according to my preference, and there were many options for Japanese wine by the glass, making it enjoyable.
