Our signature gyoza are all handmade! The owner cuts fresh vegetables by hand every day, and all the nutrients and flavor of the vegetables, which would inevitably escape if cut by machine, are concentrated in the bean paste (filling)! Of course, the dough for the dumplings is also handmade! We make each gyoza with love and care, changing the ratio of ingredients (water content) according to the season and weather.
