Gyoza no Kakyo

Kakyo, located along the national highway in Azumino City, is a specialty shop that captivates local customers with its large gyoza, available in both fried and boiled varieties. The gyoza are wrapped in a chewy skin, filled with a fluffy mixture of cabbage and carrots, and are characterized by the burst of juicy meat with each bite. The rice is made from locally sourced Azumino rice, and the restaurant pays careful attention to side dishes, offering refreshing salads and miso soup prepared fresh upon order.
