At Griddle Sakai, we offer the baguette from our affiliated store, BAKE STAND. Baked with low-temperature long fermentation, it has a crispy texture on the outside and a moist, flavorful inside. It pairs wonderfully with sauces rich in umami, such as those used for ajillo, cream stews, and steaks. We also have original baguette dishes featuring French toast cooked on a griddle. Please enjoy!
The baguette is available as a charm for 300 yen per person (excluding tax). You can have as many refills as you like, so please feel free to ask the staff at any time.
