If you sweat it out in Goshiki - flow? I was told about this restaurant "from a reviewer"! Is there any good Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki in Osaka? I asked. And it's so close, like Shonai! The place is diagonally across from a large 24-hour public bath called Goshiki, not a super public bath (sweat). It is not a super public bathhouse. I wonder if people can come here after taking a bath. Inside, there is a counter and table seating, and the table has an iron plate embedded in it. It looks like an old-fashioned restaurant in a downtown area. There were no customers, so I wanted to experience the realistic feeling of cooking. I take a position in the middle of the counter! The menu is Original Menu Cavetoro 900yen Garlic 1.000 yen Hiroshima-yaki Soba with meatballs 800 yen Meatballs with garlic 900 yen Meatball Kimchi Pokka Soba 1,000 yen Soba with Meatballs and Mochi Cheese 1,000 yen Special soba with meatballs 1,000 yen Negi-yaki Suji konjak 1,000 yen Special 1.100 yen Yakisoba Pork yakisoba 700 yen Garlic yakisoba 800 yen Special 900 yen Stamina yakisoba 900 yen A la carte Teppan-yaki Steak 800 yen Seafood yaki 500 yen Tonpei-yaki 300 yen Shrimp mayo 300 yen Geso salt 300 yen Sand zuri 300 yen and more! I'm interested in the original cavetoro grill, so I'll have the cavetoro garlic and Hiroshima-yaki, I ordered the Meatball Special Soba! Cavetoro Yaki is said to be crispy and savory on the surface, while the cabbage inside turns tender and brings out its exquisite sweetness! The cabbage is cooked on a large griddle in a dynamic manner! I never get tired of just watching them. This is the best part of okonomiyaki and teppan cuisine! Enjoy talking with the guy grilling the okonomiyaki, and voila! The best way to enjoy okonomiyaki is to eat it hot with an iron, but I have a cat's tongue, so I use chopsticks... First of all, the cabbage, which used to be covered with a lot of cabbage, has lost its bulk. The crispy outside is made from beef fat, according to the chef. When it was baking, it was quite oily and I was worried that it might be too greasy... But it was not at all! Rather, I think it blends in with the cabbage and brings out its sweetness. The sakura shrimps, garlic, and fried egg were a punch, but it was very tasty! Hiroshima-yaki, my partner grew up on Fuchu-yaki, so he is very picky when it comes to okonomiyaki! But he was convinced that it was delicious! The way it is made is totally different from modern okonomiyaki! The soba, cabbage, bean sprouts, and seafood make it quite hearty and tasty! I was convinced that this is authentic okonomiyaki! The sauce here is Mitsuwa Sauce from Hiroshima, fruity and quite my favorite! I'm glad I don't like Otafuku and Carp too much! The old man, who is very good at mayo beams, is a fun guy and loves to chat! I can't go alone, but I'm sure you'll have fun even if you go alone. Is there a cat? There was no cat when we were there... I was satisfied to find authentic Hiroshima-yaki nearby! Maybe next time I will go there after taking a bath at Goshiki.
