A takeout-only unagi bento that is useful in a variety of scenes such as briefings, meetings, and family gatherings. Additionally, the bento container is small, which has been noted as convenient when disposing of used containers. Of course, we are particular about our manufacturing process, sourcing thick, live eel from trusted suppliers with whom we have had a long-standing relationship. Every step, from preparation, skewering, grilling, steaming, to baking, is carefully handled by our skilled artisans. We have also put effort into the sauce, ensuring that it remains delicious even when the unagi bento is eaten cold, which is often the case. Additionally, we offer options such as regular: 2,000 yen (tax included), premium: 2,300 yen (tax included), and double servings are also available: two regulars for 3,700 yen, two premium for 4,300 yen, and two special premiums for 5,500 yen, etc.
The eel is steamed until fluffy and then grilled with our secret sauce passed down for four generations. The dripping fat is smoked over the fire, and we repeatedly dip and grill it three times to avoid burning. We take great care in removing the blood during preparation and gently wipe it off to ensure the sauce adheres well while grilling, all to provide satisfaction to our customers. We use a 5P size skewer (one eel), and the combination of our not-too-heavy secret sauce and the deliciousness of the eel over hot rice is irresistible! Many customers have expressed their joy, saying even children can eat it!!
Two pieces of thick grilled eel, equivalent to 3.5 half-bodies, are served! Recommended for those who want to enjoy the thickness!

An India Pale Ale crafted with the flavor reminiscent of the time when beer first arrived in Japan. It uses a larger amount of hops than usual, offering a robust bitterness and aroma, and is a slightly higher alcohol beer.
