Momonji

Opened in 2023 in Kofu City, Momonji is a skewers specialty restaurant run by an owner with a background in butchery, who carefully selects and grills meats over charcoal. The interior is clean and inviting, allowing guests to easily order a variety of skewers such as yakitori, offal, and vegetable rolls by writing their choices on paper. From the deliciously seasoned cabbage served as an appetizer to the pork and tomato rolls, gizzards, and dashi omelet, each dish is fragrant and rich in flavor. The drink menu is well-stocked with sake, whiskey, and shochu, making it a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely tasting experience alongside the skewers.
