This is a relaxed shop located in a residential area, making it easy to drop in. The carefully crafted oden has a pleasant aroma, and the umami of the broth spreads gently. The freshly fried fish cakes, gyoza tempura, burdock tempura, and extra-large shrimp tempura are delicious on their own or when paired with the broth. The pork belly set meal is visually appealing, with thick, tender meat that absorbs the flavor of the broth beautifully. It pairs well with rice and miso soup, and it's great that you can have a refill. The selection of side dishes is also satisfying, with flavors that please, including soft-boiled eggs, thick fried tofu, car-fried gluten, kelp with roe, and jellyfish with ponzu sauce.
