Kichijoji Fujihon ✳︎Homemade salmon roe ✳︎Sashimi of whelk ✳︎ boiled hamaguri (salt, clams) ✳︎ white fish ✳︎Hiragai Isobeyaki Fujimoto-san's handsome salmon roe. It is in lumps like musuko, and when you order it, they tear it off. It is sticky and in between musuko and ikura. Oihi(n´vn)❗️ I can't get enough of the boiled hamo and the white fish. It's a bit of a walk from Kichijoji station (further on from Tojin), but I like this place for a quiet pick-me-up and drink at my own pace. The sake is good, too, with a good selection of sake such as Dobu, Tenju, Daishinshu, etc. 🍶 The blowfish fillet sake was made with Kuroryu, a speciality of the owner. The sushi bar is heaven.

Kichijoji Fujihon Nigiri ✳︎ Torigai ✳︎ Tuna medium fatty tuna ✳︎Sayori ✳︎Akamichi tuna ✳︎Undan ✳︎Golden sea bream ✳︎Kohada ✳︎Boiled clams ✳︎Sumika squid ✳︎ Chawanmushi ✳︎Salmon roe roll ✳︎Eggs ✳︎Yokan Sparkling sushi. Sayori, boiled yellowtail, and torigai are spring-like 🌸The kombujime of sea bream is also delicious. And the salmon roe roll is a classic at Fujimoto. I love the sushi rice soaked in salmon roe juice. It's a bit of a walk from Kichijoji station, but the counter here is so cozy. Happy, happy, happy (o^^o) These are sushi using the fish of spring(sayori, boiled clam, tori-gai). I love ikura(salmon roe)-maki.

Kichijoji Fujihon ✳︎ red clam ✳︎Sashimi ✳︎ White fish ✳︎ Kombu with konbu ✳︎ grilled sea bream ✳︎Okoshi Fin Sake The aroma of the sea, the texture, and the appearance! What a wonderful shellfish! The more I look at it, the more I get excited. Red clam Rabu. Enjoy the remnants of the cold with a glass of fillet sake. Good ☺️ *I sometimes get emails from foreigners asking me to write in English as well, so I decided to add a little more at the end. It is sushi of the ark shell. a fragrance of the sea and the texture is splendid🍣 How beautiful it is!

Kichijoji Fujimoto ✳︎ Sashimi ✳︎ Sashimi ✳︎Home-made Tsumire nabe ✳︎ Matsuba crab ✳︎Hiragai no isobe (flat clams) Fujimoto-san's sujiko😊The stickiness and the manly saltiness make it a great snack. I'm addicted to it. Chibi chibi chibi... 🍶 And then we had the hot pot that I've always been curious about. The homemade tsumire and fish stock really sinks in, I'm so happy! We walked hard from Kichijoji station and took a cab on the way back.
