Uijin

Hatsujin is the perfect izakaya for your first motsunabe experience. It offers a range of options from a creamy white broth made with soy milk and pork bones to a spicy red broth. The appeal lies in the abundance of ingredients, including hormone, chicken neck, and pork, along with plenty of fresh vegetables. For the finale, you can choose between noodles or zosui, and the izakaya menu is also extensive, featuring delicious items like chicken wings and seafood chijimi.
