Saluma

Saluma specializes in a chef-driven seafood tasting menu based on fresh, local catch and seasonal ingredients. Diners typically enjoy a progression of small appetizers, often including raw preparations, followed by a refined first course such as risotto and a final fish course. The nautical-style dining room feels inviting, and the service is attentive and efficient.
