Ichibanboshi

We used Koshihikari rice harvested in the rice town of Kawakita-cho. It has a refreshing and mellow taste. "Beer making starts with barley cultivation." We created beer by carefully cultivating barley that we grew ourselves, resulting in a satisfying beer.

This is a junmai sake with a powerful taste of yamahai brewing and fresh aroma. No heating process is done to preserve the raw flavor.

A refreshing and light sake that is easy to drink.
