The calm interior with only table seating makes waiting for the food enjoyable while watching TV. The five-ingredient yakisoba that arrived shortly after ordering is coated in a thick sauce that clings to the noodles, and the colorful ingredients are delightful. The corn soup served on the side has a gentle flavor and a comforting texture. The small fried rice in the lunch set is not pre-made; it has a chewy rice texture and just the right amount of saltiness that makes it addictive. You can adjust the spiciness to your liking with the homemade chili oil on the table, allowing you to enjoy Taiwanese ramen and dan dan noodles with excitement until the end. The almond tofu for dessert has a melt-in-your-mouth texture and was perfect for refreshing the palate.
