The best treat! The fatty fat of the "fantastic high-class fish" [Northern bluefin tuna] is said to be as fatty as toro (fatty tuna)! Sanriku is also delicious. We want you to taste the king of all tastes, the queen of all crabs! We use a lot of the finest ingredients from the Sea of Japan, including Echizen crab, which is packed with flavor. This is the best course that even connoisseurs recommend, saying, "I want to go out of my way to eat here.
