A popular dessert made with premium eggs 'Tsukadama' delivered from contracted farmers, steamed in-house for a rich flavor. Please enjoy the aroma of caramelization just before serving. *Each order is caramelized with a burner and cooled before serving to ensure that customers do not burn their mouths, so it may take a little time before serving.
This dessert uses the flavorful Maltani soy sauce from Miyazaki, and its sweet and salty taste is addictive!
