'Yukke' made with luxurious A5 Wagyu fillet. A superb dish that combines tender, flavorful meat with rich eggs that can be picked up with chopsticks. It is recommended to enjoy it wrapped in flavorful seaweed from Ariake, Saga Prefecture.
The 'Obanzai Plate' features A5 sirloin beef from 'Mikkabi Beef' produced in Shizuoka Prefecture, served in the center, accompanied by a variety of seasonal ingredients and hot and cold dishes made with 'Kinbuta King' and 'Date Chicken'. Enjoy a variety of colors and flavors all on one plate.
The 'Shime no Shio Onigiri' is made with special A-grade Hitomebore rice from Oita Prefecture, soaked in carbonated water, then cooked fluffy with clean water in a clay pot, and wrapped in seaweed from Ariake, Saga Prefecture. The salt from the Goto Islands enhances the deep sweetness of the rice.
For those who want to enjoy more dishes or need something to accompany their drinks, we offer 'A La Carte Additions' for the course. The photo shows 'Yodare Chicken', which is cooked at low temperature to capture the flavor of 'Date Chicken', served with crunchy vegetables and homemade sauce.
