This charcoal-grilled barbecue restaurant boasts strong popularity among local customers. The meat is beautifully sashi, and the restaurant offers A5-ranked black Japanese beef such as "Miyazaki beef," "Hida beef," and "Yonezawa beef. The "Four Kinds of Red Meat Platter" consisting of fillet, loin, rump, and ichibo is especially recommended. A variety of beverages, including beer and highballs, are also available. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy high quality meat with excellent cost performance.

This restaurant was selected as one of the 100 best Yakiniku restaurants in 2018. We visited this restaurant for dinner during a trip to Hakodate. The restaurant seems to have moved, so we had difficulty ordering because we could not see the past reviews, but we ordered the 5,000 yen course. I heard that courses over 6,000 yen include seafood, but since I went there to eat a lot of meat, I was very satisfied with this course. Assorted kimchi Beef tongue (Japanese beef) Top ribs Top Sagari Assorted Vegetables Ichibo and Rump Chicken Beef Hormone (Forgot to take a picture) Salad Suffolk (ordered separately) Rice Dessert From the first dish of beef tongue, the thickness of the cut and the flavor of the meat were amazing, giving us the feeling that "this restaurant is amazing! The fat of the ribs was not too much, but not too fatty. The fat of the ribs is not too greasy, so you will want to eat as many pieces as you can. The hormone (not pictured) was perfectly cared for and had no smell at all. The price was so reasonable that it would cost more than twice as much if you order the same menu in Tokyo! I would like to make a travel plan to visit this restaurant. I would like to visit again if I have a chance when I am in the area.

Yakiniku Hibiya near Shin Hakodate Hokuto reopened in July 2019. I visited this restaurant for the first time in a year, as last year it was over 4.0 on the food log! It is still #1 in the Hakodate neighborhood for meat quality x cosmetics x hideaway feeling! All the meats are the best! If you have a driver come, you can enjoy drinking as well!
