This is a special course using Aomori Shamorock and Hinai Jidori chicken. We have visited the area and negotiated to get carefully selected Jidori chicken! We are sure that you will fully enjoy this course.
Aomori Shamorock and Hinai Jidori chicken are used. The difference between this course and the special course is in the contents of the skewers and the rice dish served at the end of the meal. If you only want a small portion, this is the course for you. The quality of the chicken remains the same.
This is a unique dish from Asuka, where peach meat is grilled to about 80%, topped generously with green onions and white onions, and drizzled with hot peanut oil to enhance the flavor and aroma.
