Asamayama, brewed with water and rice from the foothills of Mount Asama. With the desire to create a 'true local sake' using the rice grown in this area, we cultivate the sake rice 'Kaizen Shinkou' that suits the climate of Nagano's Azuma district and brew it ourselves. This junmai daiginjo, with the beautiful flavors of the land, water, and rice from the foothills of Mount Asama, adds color to special moments.
Our brewery's number one popular product. Made with a generous amount of high-quality sake rice known as Yamada Nishiki, often referred to as the 'king of sake rice.' It has a refreshing drinking experience and aroma reminiscent of fruit juice. Characterized by a sweet and sour pear-like fragrance and a crisp finish.
