(Mild Dry) This sake is made using 100% Yamada Nishiki rice harvested through the Nagata farming method in Myoko City, Kubomatsubara. The Nagata farming method utilizes very little fertilizer, harnessing the natural vitality of the plants to bring out the inherent characteristics of the rice. The resulting sake has a subtle aroma and an exceptionally soft mouthfeel that pairs perfectly. 720ml for 4,400 yen.
