You can enjoy sushi leisurely at the counter seats. There are plenty of options, and thinking about which one to choose is exciting. The small dishes that arrive first are also enjoyable, and everything from tempura to anago sushi and mozuku is delicious. The nigiri has a good balance of fish and rice, and the seaweed in the rolls is fragrant and satisfying. It's also nice to be able to choose between chawanmushi and red miso soup; the chawanmushi is filled with ingredients, providing a sense of satisfaction. If you ask, they can adjust the amount of rice, allowing you to savor it at your own pace.
