✏️METRO RAMEN〗〖Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture〗. ------------------------ After eating omelette rice, we have after-meal ramen 🍜←. Opened on 3/7 last year, this restaurant specializes in ramen noodles with duck broth. The restaurant has only counter seats and is chicly decorated in gray and wood grain tones. They named it "Metro" because the location is underground🚃. The owner, a former designer who wears a hat, glasses, and a beard, is a one-man operation. The owner, a former designer with glasses and a beard, is a one-man operation. 🍀Damo Dashi Ramen (🍀Damo Ramen with Dashi broth) 🍀Dashi Ramen (💴800) Dashi broth is made from Kyoto duck, The sauce is made mainly from Marunaka brewed soy sauce, blended with shellfish and bonito. The soup is light and refreshing, but at the same time it has a fluffy sweetness and a full-bodied flavor that passes through the throat. It is not a complex dish, but a simple one that is easy to get used to from the first time you try it. The noodles are medium thin noodles with whole wheat flour, They are supple and have just the right amount of elasticity and crispness to go well with this simple soup and are easy to eat. The bowls are Western-style tableware, selected with careful consideration of mouthfeel and temperature. The way it is served is also beautiful. This is an easy-to-eat dish for women. Thank you very much. *Please note that the food is very good, and the service is very friendly. 🍜 METRO RAMEN Center Plaza B1-46, 1-9-1 Sannomiya-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan Sannomiya station 2 min.
