Chunha Chudong Kalguksu Banghak Branch

Chunha Chudong Kalguksu boasts a chewy texture with noodles made from a seaweed dough that has undergone a 48-hour low-temperature fermentation process. The deep and rich broth made from Namhae anchovies has an excellent umami flavor, and the domestic fresh kimchi served with various menu items enhances the taste of the Kalguksu even further.

The clean and organized interior of the store provides a suitable space for both family guests and those dining alone. High chairs are also available, making it convenient for family visitors.

Chunha Chudong Kalguksu is operated by Chef Choi Jun-young, a disciple of Michelin chef from CJ Seoul Tower, who has inherited the secret recipe of Master Jo Hye-sook for three generations. It presents a taste that harmonizes tradition and modernity.

As a disciple of a Michelin chef from CJ Seoul Tower, I am showcasing the unique flavors of seasonal kalguksu, inheriting the secret recipe of Master Jo Hye-sook.
