Our West Coast India Pale Ale brewed with a touch of light caramel malt and hopped exclusively with Falconer's Flight. We then dry-hop Desperado with a combination of Centennial, Columbus, and Falconer's 7c's. Lots of big citrus flavor balanced by just enough malt!

Big Bad Belgian (or Tripel B) Our Belgian-style Tripel is brewed with Belgian Pilsen malt, Belgian Special Aromatic Malt, and Candi Syrup. BBB Tripel is deceivingly strong with a complex, spicy fruitiness.

American Style Wheat Ale with Tangerines and local wildflower honey from Bennett's honey farm in Fillmore, CA.

West Coast IPA with Australian summer hops, mango and passion fruit.

Classic american pale ale. Includes Mosaic and Amarillo Hops with Orange Cirus and tropical notes.

A Belgian-style strong dark ale brewed with golden brown sugar which increases the alcohol and provides a rich sweetness. Big fruit flavors from our Trappist yeast strain balance the malty caramel and finish with a hint of chocolate on the back end of this complex beer.

This West-Cost style Hoppy Red Ale is brewed with a whopping 7 different malts and hopped with 2 citrus forward American hop varieties in Amarillo and Citra. West-Coast bitterness balanced by malty sweetness.

The latest beer in the well-received "Single Hop" IPA series utilizes only Amarillo hops in the kettle, whirlpool, and for dry-hopping. We use only Northwest Pale Ale Malt to showcase the unique characteristics of the Amarillo hop resulting in big grapefruit and orange flavors and aromas.
