The bonito, wrapped in the aroma of straw, has a wonderful fragrance and a rich taste of fat that is irresistible. The mackerel has a pleasantly bitter taste from the soy sauce mixed with its liver, which pairs perfectly with the grilled skin. The tuna sushi is served with different cuts, and its deliciousness melts in your mouth with each bite. The surprising combination of young horse mackerel and cream cheese, as well as the ramen with a rich fish-flavored broth, are unforgettable. There is consideration in changing the menu each time you visit, ensuring satisfaction until the very end.
