The mackerel has a pleasantly bitter taste from the soy sauce mixed with its liver, which pairs perfectly with the grilled skin. The tuna sushi is served with different cuts, and its deliciousness melts in your mouth with each bite. The surprising combination of young horse mackerel and cream cheese, as well as the ramen with a rich fish-flavored broth, are unforgettable.
