Braised Pork Rice (Lu Rou Fan) is considered a national dish of Taiwan. It features sweet and savory braised pork generously served over rice, embodying the taste of Taiwanese home cooking. It is prepared based on a family recipe from the owner's home in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, maintaining the authentic local flavor. Served with fried tofu and braised egg. A set with Douhua (tofu pudding) and Taiwanese drinks is also recommended.
Chicken rice (Chi Rou Fan), said to have originated in Chiayi in southern Taiwan. Shredded chicken is placed on rice, drizzled with fragrant chicken oil and scallion sauce, creating a gentle flavor. It is a classic dish in Taiwan, alongside Braised Pork Rice (Lu Rou Fan).
Traditional Taiwanese soy milk dessert, Douhua. The Douhua made from organic soy milk is healthy and has the simple taste of soybeans. It is served with a gentle sweetness syrup based on brown sugar, accented with a hint of ginger. This dish includes a combination of tapioca, grass jelly, mung beans, red beans, taro balls, and sweet potato balls, making it a 6-type assortment. This is our signature dish, allowing you to easily enjoy the essence of Douhua, a representative dessert of Taiwan. The size options are based on the amount of Douhua, available in M (180g) and S (120g).

A warm sweet treat originating from Taiwan, Grilled Grass Jelly (Xiao Sen Cao). The grass jelly is warmed and turned into a soup-like consistency, topped with tapioca, mung beans, red beans, taro balls, and sweet potato balls, along with peanuts, creating a warm dessert. It features a slightly bitter taste with a hint of sweetness. While it is a classic enjoyed during the chilly seasons in Taiwan, we offer it year-round.
A representative ice dessert from Taiwan, Snowflake Ice. It is different from Japanese shaved ice, featuring finely shaved flavored ice with a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture. We offer two flavors: milk and jasmine green tea. You can choose from one, three, or five toppings, and enjoy your favorite combinations from the same ten types as Douhua. It is planned to be available seasonally from June to the end of September.
