The manager recommends this purebred Kurobuta pork raised deep in the mountains of Izu, Shizuoka Prefecture. This Kurobuta pork has sweet fat with a low melting point that pops and melts, while the lean meat is both tasty and sweet. This rare Kurobuta is rarely available in the Kansai region.
