This was my first visit. I communicated my preferences for ingredients for one person, and everything was handled perfectly. I was very happy. Thank you very much. The meals were all truly delicious, and to be honest, I never imagined I could enjoy such a course in Omuta City. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for this time.

The spacious and clean interior of the restaurant features a beautiful counter made from a single piece of wood. The young chef manages the place with great energy and provides pleasant service. They place great importance on seasonal ingredients, and you can tell they take care in how they prepare the fish. The sushi, including squid, flounder, tuna, and sweet shrimp, each showcases its unique flavor, making for a very satisfying experience. The fish infused with charcoal aroma and the lightly grilled mackerel are perfectly balanced, providing a delightful texture. The tempura of the legs and the small side dishes have a gentle flavor, leaving you feeling happy from start to finish.

In a small and calm interior, there are counters and tables, making it a comfortable place. When you order the chef's choice, dishes like flounder marinated in vinegar and sea bream wrapped in kelp are served in succession, which is exciting. The octopus suckers have a crunchy texture and a flavor that pairs well with alcohol. The grilled abalone is tender, and when combined with a slightly sweet soy sauce, the aroma spreads pleasantly. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) is smooth and flavorful, and the later nigiri, including seared squid topped with sea urchin, is visually appealing and satisfying. With careful craftsmanship and warm hospitality, you can enjoy a happy mood until the very end.

This parent-child rice bowl was incredibly delicious with its runny eggs. It had a slight sweetness, a well-balanced seasoning, and a flavor that is easy for anyone to enjoy. The chicken was fluffy and tender, bringing happiness with every bite. It also came with a rustic and comforting soup. The cutlet rice bowl was satisfying and delicious as well. The interior of the restaurant has a warm wooden feel, and there are sunken hearth-style seats where you can relax.

The food was served quickly and was delicious, and the service was very good. However, I could hear the loud voices of customers in the back, which created a noisy atmosphere.

The interior is elegant like an Italian restaurant, with a stylishness that is hard to believe for a barbecue place. We start with appetizers and sparkling drinks, which is exciting. The grill chef cooks each piece individually, so every cut is perfectly done and enjoyable. Seasonings like plum, wasabi, truffle salt, and salted kelp really enhance the flavor of the rare cuts. The grated daikon and onion served in between refresh the palate, allowing us to enjoy the meal comfortably until the end. The course flows well from appetizers to grilled dishes, finishing with dessert, and the pairing with wine is thoughtful, adding a special touch.
