The fish is really delicious! It's child-friendly, and the kids were excited about the fish prints in the store. The sautéed eel or something like that was also tasty. The goat soup was the easiest to eat among all I've tried so far. Next, I want to try the squid ink soup!

I had a reservation by the window, but since the weather was nice on the day, I was able to have my meal on the terrace. Lunch while looking at the Amami blue sea was the best. I had the chicken rice sashimi set meal, and it was great that the ingredients were arranged on leaves typical of tropical cuisine, with a hibiscus flower added, which made it feel like a beach resort. The staff were all very nice, and I had a pleasant time. It seems to be a famous restaurant with many celebrity signatures. If you are driving, it is also close to the airport, and I definitely want you to visit this restaurant when you come to Amami Oshima.

The omakase includes sashimi, simmered dishes, small hot pots, meunière, and nigiri, served in succession, providing a sense of satisfaction. The sashimi has a perfect aging balance, with some served with salt and others marinated, and they carefully guide you on how to enjoy each dish. The fish broth made solely from fish is particularly impressive, and I was amazed by its deep richness from the very first sip. The tempura of aosa seaweed and sautéed night light shell were also fragrant, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. It was enjoyable to hear stories about the fish, and before I knew it, I lost track of time in this pleasant atmosphere.

As mentioned in each review, the peach opening has a lot of green onions on it and is very delicious. I have never eaten anything like it elsewhere. The grilled dishes are also all hits.
