Since it is a small group setting, it is a buffet style (partially provided), but there is not much time needed to go get food. The menu is full of vegetables, and everything is delicious, but especially the salad dressing is so good that I always end up going back for more. Then, for the final dessert, there is warabi mochi. It is soft and gooey, and it is truly impressive. It can also be purchased, so I buy it every time I go.

Dining on the riverbed was a wonderful experience. The seasonal kaiseki dishes were delicious, from the appetizers to the river fish, especially the baby sweetfish. You can dine on the spacious floor and there is a relaxed atmosphere. The food is delicious and suited to my tastes. People who know my tastes are treated here, so this is a restaurant I like to visit once a year.
