And this time, I tried 'Chijimi' for the first time... and it was amazing! Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, I've never had such delicious Chijimi before. It's a flavor that you definitely can't replicate at home. I absolutely want to order it again next time!

The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. We had a course with appetizers, pasta, pizza, a main dish, homemade bread, wine, and dessert. The steamed oysters and the cream pasta with shrimp and scallops in the appetizer were particularly delicious.
I haven't had good liver in a long time because of all the chain yakitori restaurants I've been going to lately! I wanted to try the morning ground chicken sashimi, but they didn't carry it and that was my only regret.
I would like to go there again when I visit Shiga!
