You can spend a relaxing time in a small shop. The freshly boiled udon is elastic and can be slurped smoothly. It's fun to choose the type of flour, and both the domestic blend and whole wheat are appealing. The whole wheat noodles are a bit firmer and have a pleasant rustic aroma. The gentle broth, infused with the umami of kelp, is so delicious that you'll want to drink it until the end. Even the time spent waiting while snacking on fried fresh udon feels happy as you can sense the craftsmanship.
