I love the atmosphere of a calm diner located near the fishing port, where locals casually stop by. The dishes made with the blessings of the sea right in front of me have a straightforward taste, and both the soups and stir-fries are consistently delicious. The specialty Irabu soup is said to be carefully prepared with fresh ingredients, resulting in a pleasant texture without any fishy smell. When combined with ginger, the clear soup made only with salt releases a wonderful aroma, and the soft pork ribs inside are a delight. The seafood bowl is topped with tuna, mackerel, goatfish, squid, and sea grapes, and can be enjoyed alongside salad, mozuku seaweed, pickles, and somen broth. There are also ingredients like abasa (a type of fish), squid ink, spiny lobster, and mantis shrimp, allowing me to fully enjoy the vibrant culinary charm of a port town.
