The clear, amber-colored soup is beautiful and has a refreshing aroma. It is made without chemical seasonings, and the broth made from pure pineapple pork bones spreads gently. The flat noodles are nicely coated with the soup, giving an interesting vibe reminiscent of soy sauce ramen. The toppings of shredded ginger and tapioca add a nice touch, creating a rhythm in the mouthfeel. The soft cartilage and three-layered pork are subtly seasoned and tender, contributing to a good overall harmony. The table's pepper, fish powder, mugwort, and seasoned minced meat allow for personal adjustments, and I was also warmed by the words of gratitude at the bottom of the bowl after finishing my meal.
