You can see the careful cooking over the counter, making the wait enjoyable. The service is smooth, and the presentation is beautiful, which whets the appetite. The pork cutlet has a thin batter, and the meat is very tender, perfectly complemented by a rich yet not overwhelming demi-glace. When you generously coat it with a sauce that has a hint of miso aroma and eat it with rice, it's the best. I also enjoyed the combination of the crispy seaweed wrapped around the chicken and the juicy meat in the fried seaweed roll. Starting with a salad, mustard is also served, and it's nice that you can get refills of rice and miso soup.
