When you stop by casually, the savory sounds and smells from the grill spread out, making you excited. The first dish I ordered, the modern-yaki, is piping hot with a rich sauce, and every time I cut it with the spatula, steam rises, which is the best. The tonpei roll is wrapped in fluffy eggs with green onions and pork, and the bean sprouts underneath provide a nice crunchy accent. The garlic rice, enhanced by garlic, becomes creamy thanks to the cheese, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The restaurant is lively even at late hours, and the cheerful ladies cook at a good pace, lifting my spirits. The sweetness and savoriness of the original sauce are addictive, and before I knew it, the grill was completely empty.
