There is a retro and calming atmosphere that allows you to relax immediately. The carefully crafted sushi feels fresh, and the rice is fluffy with a gentle acidity, providing a pleasant mouthfeel. The salmon roe has a good balance of flavor, and the sea urchin is sweet without any unpleasant bitterness. The sweet shrimp particularly stood out in my memory, and the broth of the clear soup was rich. The atmosphere is loved by regulars, and you can feel the comfort it provides.
