This shop is located along a quiet street in a residential area, with a clean and refreshing atmosphere. There are table seats and tatami seating, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The eel is prepared with a steaming technique, making the flesh tender and easily flake apart. The sauce has a light aftertaste, which pairs very well with the rice. The rice is well-cooked with distinct grains, and the beautifully arranged grilled eel is very appetizing. The liver soup is also impressively delicious, leaving me satisfied until the end.
