The interior of the restaurant, with its warmth of wood, feels like a café and is very comfortable. It offers both udon and soba, both of which have a delightful smooth texture. The tempura, fried to order, is hot and crispy, with the irresistible aroma of maitake mushrooms and chikuwa. The 100% buckwheat soba made from Aomori-produced buckwheat has a rich flavor, and you can enjoy it either as mori or bukkake. The mini rice bowls come in a variety of options, such as chicken tempura and pork cutlet, and when paired with the noodles, they provide a satisfying meal. The presentation is so stylish that it looks great in photos, making it a wonderful place that makes you want to grab your camera.
