The fried foods in the deli section have a light batter, allowing the flavor of the fish to come through well, which is satisfying. In particular, the tempura of small sardines has a refreshing aftertaste with matcha salt, making it hard to stop eating. There is also a wide variety of nigiri sushi, and it's fun to choose from options like scallops topped with salmon roe and gunkan with medium fatty tuna. I'm happy that I can also buy local flavors like fried squid and gansu. There are also Japanese sweets and cream puffs available, and the mame daifuku left a strong impression on me. There is cold tea available for eating in, which is a nice way to relax during shopping.
