It is a system where you buy tickets at the vending machine first, making the process easy to understand. You can choose while looking at the ranking on the wall, and I was excited about the mixed noodles. The Kujo green onion mixed noodles are well coated with egg yolk, Taiwanese minced meat, garlic chives, and seaweed on thick noodles, allowing you to enjoy a chewy texture. The spiciness is pleasantly sharp, and adding a little kombu vinegar makes it mellow, keeping it interesting until the end. After finishing, I am happy to mix the leftover sauce with rice and cleanly finish it. They ask whether you want garlic or not, and the staff are kind, making it a comfortable place.
