Satisfying with seafood soy sauce ramen and chashu
The first black ramen at Masitaya was a success, with a clean sweetness and the good acidity and sweetness of bonito and seafood. The noodles are soft and chewy. The chashu and mini-chashu don are flavorful and free of any unpleasant odors. The fast turnover and quiet atmosphere make it suitable for solo dining. The staff is super friendly.
