The bright interior of the restaurant, with a counter and tables, creates an inviting atmosphere for solo diners. It's delightful to see the vegetables and meat being cut and breaded right in front of you, and served fresh and hot. The thin, crispy coating enhances the deliciousness of the ingredients, and the texture is irresistible. In particular, the vegetable skewers, such as lotus root and shiitake mushrooms, are large and juicy, bringing a smile to your face. The Kansai-style no double-dipping rule allows you to enjoy it refreshingly with raw cabbage. The option to choose between a chilled Hoppy and whether or not to include ice adds a nice touch to the drinking experience, making for a pleasant time.
