This is a calm shop located close to the station and underground. Upon entering, there are two counters and table seating, allowing for a relaxed experience. They say they select seasonal ingredients from all over the country, and the aroma of the toppings is delightful and exciting. The rice, made with a blend of red vinegar and white vinegar, is just right, and the sushi fits smoothly in the mouth. The sea urchin chawanmushi, yellowtail sashimi, gunkan, and rolls were all carefully prepared and very delicious. The freshly fried Satsuma-age and chikuwa cheese tempura were also fragrant, and the warm hospitality made for a pleasant visit.
