Thinly sliced salted beef tongue
Thinly sliced and beautifully colored beef tongue with salt. I remember it being quite flavorful. It is best eaten with a squeeze of lemon after quickly grilling it. I believe the price was around this much. Also, I recommend trying the hormone (offal).
