The local atmosphere is pleasant and always lively. Just looking at the lined-up shochu bottles in front of the counter makes me excited. The staff recommends Amami's brown sugar shochu according to my preferences, and I can find the perfect match. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the specialty fried fish cakes and shellfish dishes are also very delicious. The small bowls and clear soup that come out first are carefully prepared, and the sashimi platter is impressive with beautiful garnishing. The taste enjoyed with sweet soy sauce is irresistible, and the combination with shochu creates a happy time.

The counter is lined with shochu bottles, and I felt excited the moment I walked in. There are many varieties of brown sugar shochu, and when I consulted the staff, they guided me to some rare bottles. The dishes are visually appealing, and all of them pair well with shochu. The sashimi platter and island octopus were particularly impressive, and the sauce with garlic leaves complemented them perfectly. The handmade fluffy satsuma-age and fried shrimp were also delicious, and I couldn't stop eating. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively, and the staff were easy to talk to, making for a pleasant experience.
