I went by car, and I was relieved to find a parking spot. The interior is spacious, and in addition to the counter and tables, there are also tatami rooms, making it easy to use. The Kyushu-style tonkotsu ramen has a rich broth that makes you want to keep using the ladle. The thin straight noodles allow you to choose your preferred cooking level, and the generous amount of green onions as a condiment is delightful. You can also add takana and pickled ginger separately to enjoy variations in flavor, and there are various side dishes that keep it interesting. There is also a noodle refill challenge event, and the lack of time constraints makes it fun.
