Seeing boxes made of Styrofoam and handwritten boards makes me excited. I bought a sashimi platter and enjoyed it at home. The red meat of the bluefin tuna is smooth and rich in flavor, and the scallops and surf clams have a pleasant texture and are delicious. The sea urchin, medium fatty tuna, flounder, and squid each have memorable tastes. After eating this sashimi, I feel like I can't go back to the usual stuff. The staff prepared it carefully in aprons, making hand rolls and sashimi set meals at home even more enjoyable.
